RaKevah Wilson is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Doll Baby’s Home Care, Inc.
From a young age, RaKevah has carried a deep passion for helping and caring for others. As a child, she would leave school and accompany her grandmother—who served as a supervisor at Council on Aging—to assist with providing services to clients. RaKevah helped with feeding, serving meals, cleaning the kitchen area, and engaging clients in games and activities.
The bond she shared with her grandmother was unbreakable. Witnessing her grandmother’s compassion, kindness, and dedication to serving others inspired RaKevah to pursue a similar mission in life. “Through love and kindness have I drawn thee,” is the guiding principle that continues to shape her work and purpose.
Ms. Wilson’s commitment to community extends beyond her professional role. She serves on the Feed the Community board alongside her Apostle and church family, where she remains devoted to uplifting and supporting those in need.
RaKevah attended Indian River State College, where she earned both her Associate’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in Human Services: Generalist. Since completing her education, she has worked as a Social Worker in the mental health field, advocating and networking on behalf of her clients and families to ensure they receive timely and essential support.
With a heart for service and a strong foundation in human services, Ms. Wilson is dedicated to providing high-quality home care services to clients throughout Area 15 and Region 9. Her goal is to ensure that every client receives compassionate, reliable, and person-centered care—just as she learned from her grandmother many years ago.

The name Doll Baby was chosen in loving remembrance of RaKevah’s grandmother, Pastor Beverly Young-Brown, who passed away in February 2017 after a three-year battle with colon cancer. Before her passing, Pastor Young-Brown encouraged RaKevah to pursue her vision of opening a home care agency and offered her full support in helping bring that dream to life.
Honoring her final wishes, Pastor Young-Brown was cared for in the comfort and privacy of her home by her family until she peacefully transitioned. This experience deeply strengthened Ms. Wilson’s belief in the importance of compassionate in-home care. With a sincere and personal understanding of what families need during vulnerable times, she made a heartfelt vow to continue helping others remain comfortable, safe, and supported in their own homes.
At Doll Baby’s Home Care, we understand the profound importance of caring for others with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion. We take pride in the quality of services we provide and are committed to ensuring every client’s needs are met with excellence.
